    土豆烧肉-----我很擅长

    土豆烧肉
    【原料】:
    去皮土豆250克,带皮五花肉250克,植物油500克(实耗35克),酱油60克,精盐2.5克,料酒5克,白糖5克、水
    淀粉20克,大料1.5克,葱10克,姜&蒜;5克。
    【制法】:
    1.将肉去毛、洗净,切成3厘米见方的块;葱切段,姜切块,拍破,土豆切成滚刀块。
    2.将油烧热,投入土豆炸成金黄色捞出沥去油;肉块用少许酱油拌匀,投入油锅内,炸成金红色捞出待用。
    3.将炸过的肉块放入锅内,加入酱油、精盐,料酒、白糖、大料、葱、姜然后加水(以没过肉为度),用猛火烧
    开后,转微火焖至近烂,投入土豆、搅拌均匀,待土豆入味后,勾芡即成。
    【特点】:味道鲜美,色泽金黄。
